The Keyart for our final class project!
BRIEF:
Our team tackled The legend of the Troll of Olderfjord. Every 250 years on the first full moon of the winter solstice in Norway , A Troll, nine meters tall whose dead eyes and steel talons have devastated the citizens and structures of Olderfjord. The beast can hide in plain sight and may attack large groups of people, shows no fear and has not been wounded... except for one time. A 10yr old child named Solveig had found an intricately carved Roe Deer horn near the ocean ,convinced that she was the one to defeat the creature. She snuck away from the rest of the villagers who had gathered in an underground shelter on the night of the full moon and charged off to face the monster. There, from the roof of the church tower she leapt on the creature and drove the horn deep into the beast’s right eye. Unfortunately, unlike the creature, the child did not survive the encounter. This small village of Olderfjord is located along the shore of the Porsangerfjorden fjord in Norway.
